Every Northstar competitor has a product that it wants to compare to Northstar's Endurance Composite, which is a real compliment. However, since it's somewhat easy to create a product that "appears" to be similar, specifiers should be wary of products that compare themselves to Endurance. Testing of actual physical parts by an independent ISO 9002 or A2LA laboratory is the only credible method of determining the suitability of a product for a given application. If competitors can't provide comprehensive test data at your request, then you should expect your project to be their proving ground.

Northstar supports the formation of a standardized industry-wide testing regiment for synthetic sheet piling. Until industry accepted test protocols are established, engineers and Specifiers should require third party verifcation of a manufacturer's published specification and should apply conservative safety factors to products lacking reliable certifications.

Northstar introduces CRItm (carbon-reinforced interlocks), a new patent-pending option on Endurance CSP profiles. This new interlock option dramatically improves the strength and durability of these superior profiles and sets a new standard for the peformance of composite sheet piling! A similar option adds carbon long-fiber reinforcement to the corner sections of composite profiles, producing dramatic increases in performance.

This 17' exposed Endurance wall protects a deteoriating Naval waterfront facility in Norfolk, VA. A concrete cap tied back into the existing structure will be the wall's only support.

Endurance was manufactured in an attractive Sand color for the developer of this exclusive Florida waterfront project. In this project, Endurance POLARIS Series was more economical than a heavy vinyl sheet pile option.
