Massive Louisiana Development on Track for Success. 12 Miles of Northstar Sheet Piling Insure it.

.Just a few years ago, the 3,000 acre parcel that's now referred to as Lakeshore Estates was nothing but farmland skirting the banks of Lake Pontchartrain. Today, that property is dotted with luxury waterfront homes that are priced from the mid $400's.

Lake Pontchartrain is the vision of Bob Torrres, Sr., the developer and President of Tammany Holding Corp.

One look around and one can see the extensive use of vinyl sheet piling. In all, over 12 miles of vinyl sheet piling will be installed at a price of approximately $5.5 million dollars.

Torres' vision involved creating a network of navigable lakes and canals through the property.
